TESTIMONIALS

They love our work.

Doctor Lisa Parker-Orthodontist: "Having practiced orthodontics for quite some time before we took on this project to open a building in Maryville, we knew what we wanted. We hired Creal, Clark and Seifert to come in and help us with some of the issues that we had with our building that were caused by the original builder. There were things we didn’t even realize that hadn’t been done properly… It’s so nice to work with someone who is very professional. Terry Clark is wonderful in helping us accomplish what we needed. He took my ideas and was wonderful about including them. They made it so easy and pain-free for the design… and the building part, they took care of everything, and we had a quality project at the end."

Pastor Darrell Jones - Grace Evangelical Church: "When we sat down with Creak Clark and Seifert, we had some ideas of the things we needed, but here were a number of things that the architect and designers began helping us understand that were going to be necessary. It was nice to work with them, because they’ve done a number of churches of different designs. We were relying on their expertise and experience in drafting and building commercial buildings. Since the project has been completed, we’ve had a lot of compliments, and everybody just ‘oohs and aahs’ about how beautiful it is. They were terrific in working with our budget and being available to us to the degree that we needed their service … and their experience has been what helped us through this process."

Former Principal Janet Wilson - Bishop LeBlond High School: "Creal, Clark and Seifert designed and built a beautiful addition for our high school which we are proud of and will continue to be proud of. The budget was really critical because funds were all donations, and so it had to be used very carefully. And it was. They worked very hard with us and with our team to make sure that we got what we needed design wise, space wise, and for the money we had to spend. They listened, and at the end of the day that’s what you want … you want them to listen to what you want. This is one of the finest examples of educational design in the city of St. Joseph, and one of the best gymnasiums in all of northwest Missouri. It’s awesome."

Superintendent Michael Newman - Wathena School District: "Creal, Clark and Seifert has completed three projects here and the District’s been very pleased with the result of those projects. When we started the fourth we said ‘well, we’re going to go with Creal, Clark and Seifert.’ During the design process, we would sit down and say this needs changed, or that, and with the technology they’re using, in a matter of seconds they could show us a new drawing … We’re very satisfied with the work they’ve completed – it is an exceptional addition to our school and our community."
